Please consult the list of frequently asked questions below for additional information about the NFR Express Shuttle Bus Service.
Q: Do you have buses equipped for wheelchairs?
During the ten days of the NFR, we operate multiple ADA compliant shuttle buses. If you require this accommodation, please notify the on-site transportation supervisor at your hotel. They will promptly arrange for one of these accessible buses to be available to you.
Q: Can I bring drinks on the shuttle buses?
Beverages are allowed on board the shuttle buses as long as they are in plastic bottles or cups. Aluminum bottles and wide-mouth cups with lids are also permitted. However, glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the shuttle buses.
Q: How often do the buses depart from each hotel?
The frequency of shuttle bus departures varies from one host hotel to another. Most shuttles depart approximately every 15 minutes or when they reach full capacity. Some hotel departures may be based on expected ridership volume, with shuttle buses departing every 30 to 60 minutes in such cases. At all hotels, there will be a GPTLS Ambassador stationed at the bus pickup point. If you’re unsure about the schedule for your host hotel, don’t hesitate to ask the Ambassador for the most up-to-date on-site schedule information. Please note that the Wrangler NFR begins each night at 5:45 pm PT.
Q: If I park my car at Cowboy Christmas, will the shuttle bus take me back there after the rodeo performance?
The Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas shuttle service operates as a one-way route to the Thomas & Mack Center only and does not return or drop off passengers at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Q: Is there space for child strollers on the shuttle buses?
Yes, we do have space for child strollers. Please fold the stroller and hand it to the driver when you board the bus. The stroller will be stored in one of the under-bus compartments. Don’t forget to ask the driver for your stroller when you reach your destination.
Q: What time is the last shuttle bus departing from the Thomas & Mack Center after the rodeo performance?
From December 1 to 10, 2022, the last buses will leave the Thomas & Mack Center at 9:45 p.m. Please note that all schedules are subject to change.

No, the NFR Express shuttle service is provided to all attendees free of charge.

Q: How can I return to my hotel if I decide to leave the Thomas & Mack Center after the shuttle buses have finished for the evening?
